How do I swap a dish?
Tap "Swap" on the dish, or swipe the row sideways. You see the price of the other dishes before you choose.
How do allergies work?
We remove dishes with the allergens you picked from the week. The recipes are not labelled by a manufacturer, so always read the pack yourself.
How do I cancel Pro?
Under Profile › Manage subscription, or in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. You keep Pro for the rest of the period.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles payment, so Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and choose the Planuko purchase.
How do I get my data?
Tap Download my data under Profile. You get a copy of what we hold about you in our database.
How do I delete my account?
Tap Delete account under Profile. It cannot be undone. A Pro subscription does not stop by itself; cancel it with Apple.
