Tell it how many you are, what the week can cost, and what you can't eat. Planuko plans the week's dinners with REMA 1000 prices.

Made for Denmark: the app is in Danish and uses REMA 1000's national prices. Planuko has no partnership with REMA 1000.
How it works

Your household size, the week's budget, what's in your kitchen, and whether you eat meat.

Allergies, pork, or go vegetarian or vegan. Those dishes stay out of the week.

Seven dinners, a price on each and a total for the whole week.
The screens are in Danish, like the app itself.
Scan your fridge
Planuko suggests dishes you can make from what's in the fridge. You see what's missing and what it costs. Like a dish? Put it in your week.

After the scan

Planuko shows dishes you can make, how many of the ingredients you already have, and what is missing. Add the dish to your meal plan with one tap.

Take a photo of your plate and Planuko estimates the calories and the split between protein, carbs and fat. The numbers are a guide, not dietary advice.
The screens show an example scan.
Allergies
Leave out nuts and Planuko takes dishes with nuts out of your week. The filter looks at a dish's ingredients, not at possible traces from production. It helps, but it is not a guarantee, so always read the label.
Try it: tap what you can't eat
Prices
Every dish has a price and the week has a total. We count whole packs, the way they sit on the shelf, so half a bag of rice never makes the week look cheaper than it is at the till.
Prices are REMA 1000's national prices and offers, updated every week. Your store may differ, and an offer can end before you get there.

Shopping list
Items are grouped by aisle, so there's no walking back and forth. Tick things off as you go. Once the list has loaded, it still works when the signal drops by the freezers.

Swap a dish
Tap Swap and see what the other dishes cost before you choose. The list updates itself.

In the kitchen
Tap today's dish and follow the steps. You can see how long it takes before you start.

Questions
We're testing the app now. It's launching on iPhone first. When it is in the App Store, the link will be here.
Take a photo of your fridge and Planuko suggests dishes you can make from what you have, and shows what is missing and what it costs. The dish can go into the week's meal plan. Scan a plate and you get an estimate of calories, protein, carbs and fat.
Not yet. Planuko comes to iPhone first. Android is not planned for the first version.
Not yet. The app is in Danish and made for Danish supermarkets. This page is in English so you can see what it does.
Yes. The week's meal plan with prices, the shopping list, swapping dishes and the allergy filter are free. Pro is an extra for those who want more, and costs DKK 19 a week or DKK 249 a year.
Planuko's prices won't always match to the krone. We use REMA 1000's national prices, and your store may have different prices or run out. We count whole packs, so the list looks like what actually goes in your basket.
No. Planuko's total will be most accurate there, since we calculate from REMA 1000's prices. You can use the list itself in any store.
Yes, the plan and the list work anywhere. The week's total is just worked out from REMA 1000's prices, so it may differ in another store.
Yes. You choose how many people are eating, even if it's just you, and the amounts and prices adjust to match.
You choose. Either dinner only, or breakfast and packed lunches too.
Yes. Pick vegetarian or vegan when you set up the app, and the week is planned around that.
We remove dishes if one of the ingredients is something you chose to avoid. Recipes and products change, and we do not always know a manufacturer's exact recipe, so always read the label before anyone with an allergy eats. The filter does not check for traces from production.
Planuko is free to use for the weekly meal plan, the shopping list and the allergy filter. You set the week's budget, and the app picks dishes that fit it, with a price on each dish and a total for the week.
Planuko plans dinner for the rest of the week, not for days that have already passed.
Yes, once it has loaded. It is saved on your phone, so you can tick things off even if the signal drops in the store.
No. Sign in with Apple or Google if you want the plan on a new phone.
We use it to make the meal plan. We only store allergies if you say yes. We never sell data or use it for ads.
No. We fetch and show the prices, but we have no partnership with REMA 1000.

Leave your email and we'll tell you when the app is in the App Store. As a thank-you for waiting, you get 2 weeks of Pro free. They end on their own, so there is nothing to cancel.
