Terms of use for Planuko

This is a translation. If the English and Danish versions differ, the Danish version applies.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Who we are

Planuko is run by Lucas Buur. CVR number will be added once the business is registered. Contact: hej@planuko.com.

When you use Planuko, these terms apply. How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy.

2. What Planuko does

Planuko creates a meal plan for the week based on the household's size, budget, kitchen equipment, diet and the allergies you choose to share. The meal plan comes with a shopping list with prices from REMA 1000.

3. Prices are REMA 1000's national prices

The prices in the app are REMA 1000's national prices and offers, which we fetch weekly. Your own store may have different prices, an item may be sold out, and an offer may have ended by the time you shop. The amount at the till may therefore be different from the amount in the app. We buy whole packages on the list, as in the store.

Planuko has no partnership with REMA 1000.

4. Allergies: a help, not a guarantee

If you choose allergies, the app filters out the dishes we know contain them. We can get it wrong: recipes and products change, and we do not cover traces of allergens from production.

Always check the product's label before you or others in the household eat it. Planuko does not replace your own checks or advice from a doctor or dietitian.

5. Scan

When scan is turned on, the app guesses from a photo what is in the fridge or on the plate. It is a guess. Check it yourself before you use the result for anything that matters to your health.

6. Free and Pro

Planuko can be used for free. Pro gives more variants of the week, favourites and a figure for how much you are saving. When scan is turned on, Pro also gives more scans.

7. Your account

8. Liability

We do a lot to make sure meal plans, prices and the allergy filter are correct, but we cannot promise they always are. If a shopping trip turns out more expensive than expected, or an evening's dinner goes to waste, we do not cover that loss.

This does not change the rights you have as a consumer under Danish law. And it does not apply if we have done something wrong intentionally or through gross negligence.

9. Changes

We can change the app and the terms. If we change the terms significantly, we will say so in the app before they take effect. If you do not want to accept them, you can cancel Pro and delete your account.

10. Law and disputes

Danish law applies. If we cannot agree, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus (the Danish consumer complaints board) (naevneneshus.dk). If a case ends up in court, you as a consumer can always bring it before the court where you live.
